依超商與店到店規範，已付款的包裹，取件者需告知店員真實姓名，並「出示與包裹上取件者姓名相符之身份證明文件正本」，於單據上「簽名」後方可領取商品。
● 身份證明文件：身分證、駕照、軍人證、護照、健保卡、居留證、識別證、學生證。
● 為確保雙方權益，若取件者未出示上述證件或拒絕簽名，門市可能無法提供取件服務。

According to the regulations of convenience stores and store-to-store delivery services, for prepaid packages, the recipient must provide their real name and present an original identification document that matches the name on the package. They must also sign the receipt before collecting the item.
● Accepted Identification Documents:
National ID card、Driver’s license、Military ID、Passport、Health insurance card、Resident permit、Employee ID、Student ID
● To ensure the rights of both parties, if the recipient fails to present one of the above documents or refuses to sign, the store may not be able to provide the pickup service.
